Submitting this form confirms that it is your intention to conduct a The Bear Market fundraising sale during the dates specified. You understand that all personal checks will be made payable to your organization and you in turn will make payment to The Bear Market You acknowledge that all sales are final, there are no returns and that defective products will be replaced at no charge; also that the order is to be pre-paid. We enter into this agreement in good faith and should our organization be unable to conduct the proposed fundraiser due to unforeseen circumstances, we agree to be responsible for returning original information within 30 days (including all sales materials) in good condition and pay all freight charges that have been incurred. Failure to honor this reservation and return of all information will result in my organization being invoiced the retail value of all original items shipped. Holy Bears reserves the right to charge an initial (returnable) deposit for any kit orders over 300 pieces. I have read, understand and agree with the General Terms and Conditions listed above and have authorization to sign on behalf of my organization.
